By accessing or using Flash Charge services, including our EV charging stations, mobile application, and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. The materials contained in this service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

**Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. **Account Registration:** To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use **Acceptable Use:** You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Impersonate any person or entity

**Pricing:** Charging rates are displayed at each station and in the Flash App. Prices may vary based on location, time of day, and charging speed. **Payment Methods:** We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and Flash Wallet. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. **Billing:** You will be charged based on the energy consumed (kWh) and/or time spent at the charging station. A detailed receipt will be provided after each charging session. **Refunds:** Refunds may be issued in cases of: • Technical failures that prevent charging • Incorrect billing due to system errors • Cancelled reservations (subject to cancellation policy) Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

**Service Availability:** We strive to maintain 24/7 availability of our charging stations. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to: • Scheduled maintenance • Technical issues • Force majeure events • Power grid disruptions **Limitation of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Charge and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages arising from use or inability to use our services • Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months **Vehicle Compatibility:** While our stations support most EV models, we recommend verifying compatibility before use. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles due to incompatibility or user error.

**Ownership:** All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Flash Charge (Automation Gallery Pvt Ltd) and are protected by intellectual property laws. **Trademarks:** "Flash Charge," the Flash Charge logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Automation Gallery Pvt Ltd. **License:** We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: • Modifying or copying our materials • Using materials for commercial purposes • Attempting to reverse engineer any software • Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

**By You:** You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings. Upon termination: • Your access to services will be revoked • Any unused Flash Wallet balance will be refunded • Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy **By Us:** We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach these Terms of Service • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities • Your actions harm other users or our services • Required by law or regulatory authorities Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

**Service Changes:** We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. **Terms Updates:** We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified through: • Email notification to registered users • In-app notifications • Notice on our website Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. **Pricing Changes:** We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect ongoing charging sessions.
